Your Epic Experience
For an average wedding, any old DJ will do...
But if you want your special day to be REMARKABLE, MEMORABLE, FUN, UNIQUE,
and even... EPIC, you need an Experience Designer. We partner with you and think outside
the "event" box to create a breathtaking experience for you and your guests on your special day.
The EPIC Difference
We are NOT a run-of-the-mill DJ company. Of course we will make sure to play your favorite music
and get everyone dancing and having fun, but our primary goal is to make sure we provide you
with the best possible customer service while making your special day EPIC.
It will always be YOUR DAY, YOUR WAY. Our process is described below...
First, We Want Get to Know You
We will start by interviewing you to find out about your hopes and dreams for your wedding day. We
want to hear your vision for things like the theme, vibe, colors, music, and other special components
you want to have. We'll talk about any audio, visual, or special effects you are looking for and inform you
about other options you may not have thought of that may enhance various parts of your wedding as well.
Next We'll Give You a Customized Proposal
Instead of choosing a generic package from a list, we prepare a custom proposal for you that
will show the total price for the equipment and services you need/want, keeping your budget
in mind. After you have a chance to look through the proposal, we can answer any questions you
have and make changes if needed. To lock in your date, we require a 50% deposit with the balance
due by the day of the wedding.
We Will Check In With You Regularly
As your wedding date gets closer, we will give you an update on where we are at with your requests
and we can discuss any changes or updates in your plan. We can also go over any details that you
wish to discuss further. This is also the time when we will ask you for your music preferences and
special requests for each part of your wedding. We will go through the flow of the wedding events
to see where we will need to be involved and where we can be of service.
We Are Here For You on The Big Day
We will set up all sound, A/V, and special effects equipment for your ceremony, dinner/cocktail hour,
and reception dance. We make it a point to meet up with your coordinator and key vendors to make
sure we are acting as a team to make your event all you have dreamed of. When the time comes, we
will get the party started on the dance floor including all introductions, ceremonial dances,
reception games, and any other element you want us involved with. This is YOUR day!
We Will Make Sure You Are Satisfied
We will contact you a few days after the event to make sure we met your expectations. We
value your honest feedback. We strive to be the best Professional DJ and A/V Services company
anywhere. We would love for you to share your experience working with us on our social media
pages. We hope you will keep us in mind for other events or when talking to other couples looking
for wedding DJs. With your permission, we will also add your event to our gallery to inspire other
couples looking for ideas.
